About Mace Foods
Mace Foods Ltd is a private limited company registered in Kenya. We specialize in two main segments in the Agribusiness industry: Spices and Ethnic Foods. In the Spices segment we are specialized producers, processors, and marketers of several varieties of dried chilies both for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry, targeting domestic and export markets. In the Ethnic/African Food segment, we also produce, process and market African leafy vegetables and assorted Ethnic/African foods.
Beyond Profits
Mace Foods strives to enable rural communities to produce novel foods and access the global Specialty & Ingredients market. We have built up intense know-how on management and capacity building for our farmers.
Currently, we have set up 3 Aggregation, Training & Grading centers which essentially serve as the first point of value addition for our products. These centers are hubs where our farmers grade the produce before it is delivered to the factory. We have over 30 women employed in these centers. We also use the centers as crop demonstration farms, Seedling nurseries, Training venues and produce aggregation stores. These centers are fully managed by the women & youth groups.

The team consists of 19 staff (2 in Nairobi) and others are mainly in Eldoret or in the field stations.
